A symbol of Empathy

19 / Jul

An initiative of empathy, with the aim to aid the needy, Father Agnel school Noida organized a program to provide aid through donations to the people affected by floods in Delhi.

Thousands of students from classes Nursery - 12 responded to this noble cause, by donating hundred kilos of rice, wheat, sugar and staple ration.. After collection of these rations, the members of the social welfare ministry accompanied by their teacher in charge Ma’am Mercy and Ma’am Salila Garg visited the camp set up at Mayur Vihar on Wednesday 19/7/2023, where hundreds of people who have lost their homes, their belongings and their livelihood are residing.

The members and teachers of the social welfare ministry handed over the donations directly into the hands of more than 200 people. All of us felt proud in accomplishing such a feat.

We are indebted to the invaluable guidance of respected principal sir Alistair Freese , our teachers and most importantly generosity and the overwhelming response of parents & students of our school in the successful completion of this endeavor.

This relief campaign shows us the true, kind hearted nature of the Agnel spirit. And we pledge to uphold this pride with many more successful achievements in the future.

Sincerely,

The Social Welfare Ministry.
