Annual Prize Distribution for the Academic Year 2022-23

Father Agnel School, Noida celebrated its Annual Prize Distribution ceremony on 22nd July 2023-24, abuzz with excitement and pride. Every year this event is held to recognize and honour the relentless hard work and perseverance our students display in bringing laurels to the school.

This year the event was graced by the esteemed District Magistrate of Gautam Budh Nagar, IAS Manish Kumar Verma, Director, Reverend Father Carvahlo, Justice Mehta, member of the Managing Committee, Fr. Roy, Principal FASD, Sr.Navya, Principal FASV, Sr. Martina, Head of Agnel Jan Kalyan and Mr. Alistair R A Freese, Principal FASN. The event was also attended by parents, teachers, students, and other distinguished guests.

The first segment of the ceremony celebrated the academic brilliance of the students in class XII and X CBSE Board examinations. The awards were handed out to these young minds who demonstrated an unwavering commitment to their academics and inspired their peers to strive for excellence.

After felicitating our subject and steam toppers the stage came alive with captivating dance performances and melodious musical renditions. This was followed by The Director’s Award which recognized the achievements of students who have made a mark in the fields of sports, performing arts, and leadership. With immense pride, the school also announced the Dr. Jose Inacio & Maria Olimpia Carvalho Award which had been instituted by the school on the occasion of Fr. Carvalho’s Golden Jubilee in memory of his parents who had served the community in an exemplary manner during their lifetime.

After giving away the prizes to our achievers, Father Carvalho gave an inspiring speech wherein he expressed gratitude to the parents for their unwavering support and trust in the school’s mission.

In the final category of awards, students from classes VI to IX were felicitated with awards for their outstanding results followed by the stream toppers of class XI. The programme concluded with an enchanting performance of the ‘Fusion Dance’ followed by a vote of thanks and the school hymn.
