Children’s Day Celebrations

19 / Nov

Children’s Day has always been a cherished occasion in our school, eagerly awaited by students for the fun-filled events planned especially for them.
The day began with a friendly cricket match between staff and students, setting a lively tone for the celebrations. After the break, students were invited to gather in the auditorium, where a delightful surprise awaited them.
The teachers of Grades VI–XII opened the programme with a melodious rendition of a hymn, followed by a special song presented by the teachers of Grades VI–VII. A semi-classical fusion dance by Ma’am Monica, Ma’am Sonali, Ma’am Manisha, and Ma’am Aleena drew thunderous applause from the audience.
The excitement continued with a Quiz conducted by Ma’am Sutanuka and Ma’am Ranjita, which saw enthusiastic participation from the students. Ma’am Sorin’s vibrant solo performance had the children dancing and singing along, adding to the festive spirit.

The programme concluded with Father’s inspiring address, leaving the students with smiles and fond memories. With hearts full of joy, they dispersed to board their buses, carrying with them the warmth of a day dedicated to them.
