FASNMUN 2026

27 / Aug

Marking a decade of excellence, FASNMUN returned with its landmark 10th edition, bringing unmatched energy, sharp debate, and a shared sense of purpose. Centered around the theme “E Pluribus Unum” (meaning out of many, one), the conference saw an overwhelming turnout of around 450 delegates from diverse schools.

The conference opened on an inspiring note with an address by the Chief Guest, His Excellency Marco Wang, reminding delegates that true diplomacy is built on listening, empathy, and constructive action. Adding to the scale of this milestone edition, three brand new committees were introduced to the forum, which were UNODC, NSC and ECOSOC. Each of these rooms, alongside veteran committees, pushed delegates to dive deep into high-level discussions and craft practical solutions.

Over two dynamic days, committee rooms bustled with spirited debate, unmoderated caucuses, and resolution drafting. From addressing complex international security crises to economic frameworks and human rights, delegates demonstrated remarkable research, quick thinking, and persuasive speaking. Working alongside them, the International Press captured the momentum with keen journalism, photography, and caricatures.

The event culminated in an electrifying closing ceremony and prize distribution. The auditorium came alive with loud applause as delegates across all committees were recognized for their diplomacy and teamwork. The Executive Board and Secretariat were also warmly appreciated for their mentorship and coordination.

Celebrating ten remarkable years, FASNMUN proved once again that when young minds unite on a common platform, meaningful debate becomes a powerful catalyst for change.
