The External Affairs Ministry hosted a seminar on 23rd January on the significance of learning foreign languages, which was attended by students from classes 5 and 8. The event aimed to inspire young minds to explore the world of languages and discover the numerous opportunities that come with it.

The ministry welcomed esteemed speaker Babusha Verma, a renowned expert in foreign languages, who graciously accepted the invitation to address the gathering. As a token of appreciation, the External Affairs Ministry presented Ms. Verma with a potted plant, symbolizing growth and appreciation.

Ms. Verma's engaging presentation began with fascinating facts about the French and German languages, captivating the students' attention. She then delved into the significance of these languages in today's interconnected world, highlighting their importance in global communication.

The speaker also explored the various career opportunities available in the foreign language field, including translation, interpretation and teaching. To motivate the students, Ms. Verma shared valuable tips and strategies for learning a new language, emphasizing the importance of practice, immersion, and cultural understanding.
