The event commenced with preparations, as students assisted one another before proceeding to the theatre room for a rehearsal. As the first group of young students arrived, they watched the performance with great enthusiasm, thoroughly enjoying the lively presentation.

Following the initial performance, a short break was taken, during which students had lunch in the cafeteria, where couscous and pizza were served. The second performance was equally well received, with the audience not only appreciating the dance but also joining in to sing La Seine, creating a delightful and interactive experience.

The cultural showcase was a resounding success, offering students an opportunity to appreciate diverse traditions while fostering cross-cultural understanding in a dynamic and engaging manner.

Day 10 - 25.03.2025

After an exhilarating yet demanding day of performances, the Indian students began their morning by reflecting on their experience and receiving positive feedback on their cultural showcase.

The day’s activities commenced with a thought-provoking documentary highlighting the efforts of a French humanitarian association, particularly their response to the 2016 petroleum leak in the Indian Ocean. The documentary left a lasting impression, shedding light on the organization’s dedication to environmental and social causes.

Following a brief break, students participated in a friendly badminton match with their French counterparts, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and cultural exchange. The activity was enjoyed by both students and teachers alike.

After lunch, the students joined their French correspondents for lessons and watched insightful documentaries about the Frère Lointain association’s impactful work, including the renovation of a school in Madagascar for underprivileged children. These inspiring narratives encouraged reflection on the importance of global solidarity and community service.

The day concluded with an assortment of delicious French pastries and refreshing juice, followed by an engaging sports session, leaving students energized and inspired by the meaningful experiences shared throughout the day.
