After months of waiting, our Indian students warmly welcomed their German counterparts to our country on October 18th.
The official welcome ceremony took place on October 19th, where the German students and their teachers were greeted with garlands and Indian sweets.
The program commenced with the students being welcomed, followed by a prayer and various cultural performances. Father Carvalho also delivered an inspiring speech on the friendship between India and Germany. The German teacher then addressed the audience, and the program concluded with the singing of both nations' national anthems.
After the program, the German students enthusiastically participated in a workshop where they were exposed to Indian art.
This marked the beginning of the exchange program.
