International Yoga Day was celebrated on June 21st. Our little children participated in the Yoga Day programme. Participating in Yoga ensures a calm mind and a healthy body.
Specially during the pandemic when children are not able to come to school neither they are able to engage themselves in physical activities, Yoga provides the proper exercise for their body and mind in the confines of their own homes. Children are showing enthusiasm in practicing yogic exercises everyday and the photographs shared by their parents speak of their encouragement and support for them.
