Labour’s Day Assembly

 

On 1st of May, students of the senior wing of our school celebrated Labour’s Day by organising a special assembly to show their gratitude towards the ancillary staff of the school.

The programme commenced with a prayer by Principal Sir which was followed by a melodious hymn sung by the Hindi Choir. After the pledge, there was a dance performance prepared by ma’am Seema dedicated to the helpers of the school.

As a token of appreciation, Reverend Father, Principal Sir, ma’am Aaradhana and the coordinators distributed gifts to the support staff of the school. After the gifts were handed over, Father addressed and guided the students to value and respect each individual as a human being and to work together for building a society without any discrimination.

Towards the end of the assembly one of the helpers of the school, Shehshil bhaiya thanked the students for this wonderful event and gave a motivating speech to always remain united as Agnelites. The assembly concluded with the national anthem.
