SPECIAL ASSEMBLY - AUGUST 2025

On 8th August 2025, our preschool students celebrated a vibrant Special Assembly to celebrate our Independence Day and the festivals of Janmashtami, and Raksha Bandhan. The assembly featured heartfelt performances including patriotic songs and cultural dances by the students of classes Nursery and KG. 

Highlights included the songs "Love My Country India" and " Raksha Bandhan" along with the mesmerising dance performances on the songs "Hey Krishna", " and "Vande Mataram". 

The Principal Mr. Philip N Gomez, addressed the gathering and, along with the Headmistress Ma'am Nandini Awasty, felicitated the winners of recent inter school competition. 

Special Thanks to Sr. Phabeola for gracing the occasion with her presence.

After the assembly, children were engaged in the beautiful craft work based on the themes of the three festivals, showcasing their creativity. 

Adding to the festive spirit, each child brought traditional and festive food in his/her lunch, making the celebration even more joyful and memorable. 

Festival of Rakshabandhan was also celebrated in the classes including the putting of the tilak, tying the rakhi and enjoying the sweets with each other.

It was a meaningful day of tradition, unity, creativity, and young talent.
