SPECIAL ASSEMBLY & M.A.D- INDEPENDENCE DAY - PRESCHOOL

Preschool children celebrated the festivity of Independence Day  through their first special assembly in the school auditorium-Udaan on 14.08.2023 (Monday) followed by the Activity Day (M.A.D) on the same theme.

The assembly commenced with the regular Morning Prayer followed by the songs and dance performances by the different sections of Nursery and KG. Children performed to the best of their abilities and presented great performances, much applauded by the audience. The assembly concluded with the address by the Principal Mr. Alistair R A Freese, wherein he congratulated the teachers and the students for their hard work and commitment in putting up a beautiful assembly.

Children had an interactive session in their classes through the Powerpoint presentation which added on to their learning about the National Festival. Children of Class Nursery were engaged in rhymes related to the theme and in preparing the tricolour craft which gave them immense pleasure and a proud feeling as they took home the prepared craft. Children of Class KG worked on decorating the National Flag in their Festival Book through the tear and paste craft with origami paper and the rhymes and poems. Special appreciation for the parents for sending a variety of tri colour food items, much relished and enjoyed by the kids.
