WORKSHOP - HCL’s TECHBEE PROGRAM

A workshop by HCLTech was organised for the students of Grade XII, Father Agnel School, Noida. The objective of the workshop was to give students an insight into an Early Career program, TECHBEE.

TECHBEE is an exclusive job program for students looking for financial independence after Class XII. Candidates undergo 6-12 months of training for IT roles and 3-12 months of training for associate roles, earning a stipend during the internship. They are hired for full-time IT jobs with HCLTech with a starting salary of Rs. 1.96 - 2.20 lacs per annum. While working, students pursue their graduation fromBITS Pilani, IIT Guwahati, Sastra University, Amity University Online, IIIT Kottayam and IIM Sirmaur.

Contrary to the general perception that you need a conventional graduate degree to get a job, TechBee - HCL's Early Career Program, is an exclusive job program for individuals looking for full-time jobs after Class XII. This is a hybrid training program focusing on the overall education and personality grooming of students to make them job-ready.

Given the phenomenal success of the program in India, the program is now available across Sri Lanka, Australia, New Zealand, the Americas, Canada, and so on. TechBee is more than a skilling initiative—it’s a launchpad for ambitious youth to build meaningful careers in tech.

The contributions of resource persons, Mr Surya and Mr Mayank, sparked meaningful discussions and offered students a wealth of practical takeaways that will undoubtedly enrich their learning journey. It was an impactful session indeed.
