Father Agnel School, Noida organized the first ever edition of the Agnel International Youth Festival between 9 th November, 2019 to 18 th November, 2019. The ten-day long festival witnessed the confluence of three different cultures. Thirteen delegates from Kazakhstan and two delegates from Mexico interacted with our school delegation and experienced a taste of Indian hospitality.
The event included many activities for the delegates involved, including a trip to the breathtaking city of Agra, exploring markets and monuments in Delhi as well as witnessing the elegance of the Kingdom of Dreams! Not only did they get a chance to visit these beautiful places, the three delegations also participated in panel discussions and projects, addressing real life topics that demand our attention like the climate crisis.
The Youth Festival had one simple aim- to develop a sense of peace and cooperation between three very different nations, each endowed with their own cultures, customs and experiences. The festival gave them all a chance to get to know each other and realize that no matter our nationalities, we’re all the part of the same community- humankind.
